Guardian Restoration Partners (“Guardian”), a platform focused on partnering with and building exceptional residential restoration businesses, announced today its partnership with Empact Construction Services, Inc. (nka: GoDry Chicago) (the “Company”), a full service restoration provider based in Chicago, Illinois.
GoDry joined Guardian as the platform’s 11th acquisition since its April 2024 launch, contributing to the momentum that has now grown the platform to 14 acquisitions and furthering Guardian’s mission to support the growth of leading local restoration brands.
Founded and led by co-owners Matt Fleming and Elliot Offenbach, GoDry initially entered the restoration market with a focus on rebuild services. Over time, the Company transitioned into a full-service provider and rapidly expanded its water mitigation capabilities across multiple channels. Both Fleming and Offenbach will remain with the company post-close.

Guardian will partner closely with GoDry to advance its operational capabilities, continue to develop and supplement its team, and invest in the systems that support anticipated growth.
